"Refunds are usually a headache, but this was easy"
I had to cancel my booking and figured the refund would be one of those annoying things that always takes forever. But it was actually super smooth. Customer service got back to me quickly, and the money showed up way sooner than I expected. No endless emails, no hassle, none of the usual runaround. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

I really wanted this to feel special, you know? The site itself was easy enough to use, so I can’t really complain about that part, but the whole experience just felt kind of rushed and distant to me.
Maybe I was expecting too much, but for something connected to Prince, I thought there would be more warmth or heart behind it. I don’t know if anyone else felt that way, but I walked away feeling more let down than excited

"Cool Prince Finds, But Limited"
The gift shop had some cool Prince stuff, and it was fun to look around. I just expected a bit more variety overall. A few things also felt pricey for what they were. I still ended up finding a small souvenir to take home, but the selection wasn’t quite as much as I was hoping for.

I went to Paisley Park and, the place itself was interesting. I mean, there’s definitely a lot to see and it could’ve been a great experience. But the staff kind of ruined the vibe for me. Some people were fine, but others acted rushed or annoyed when we asked basic questions, like we were a hassle just for being there. For what you pay to visit, I really expected a friendlier, more welcoming experience. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t as enjoyable as it should’ve been

The visit itself was fine, honestly. But the parking situation threw me off right away. We kept driving around thinking, okay, it has to be closer than this, right? And then it just wasn’t. By the time we finally figured it out and walked over, I was already a little annoyed, so it kind of put a damper on the start of the visit

"Wanted to Love It, But It Felt a Little Flat"
I really wanted to be into paisleypark, like I went in expecting to feel something more personal because, you know, it’s connected to Prince. And there is some cool stuff on there, don’t get me wrong. The site works fine, I didn’t have any big issues using it or anything. But then I kept clicking around and it just started feeling kind of commercial, like more polished than heartfelt, if that makes sense. Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe other people won’t care, but for me it just didn’t have that genuine vibe I hoped for. It wasn’t terrible at all, just a little flat and not really what I pictured...

I wasn’t totally prepared for how much Prince history there was to take in—i just kept going, “Wow, that’s cool!” The only thing is it was crowded, so it felt a little hard to slow down and really enjoy everything at times.

"Better Than I Expected"
I went to Paisley Park not totally sure what to expect, but the exhibit was way better than I thought it would be. Everything was really well kept and easy to follow, with a bunch of cool little details to stop and look at. I also didn’t feel rushed, which was nice because some places act like you’re just supposed to move along and not actually enjoy it. You can tell a lot of care went into the way everything is presented. Really glad I went.

"Pricey, but honestly worth it"
The tickets definitely weren’t cheap, I remember hesitating for a second before booking, but once we were actually on the tour, it made sense. You do get a lot for the price, and the whole experience felt well put together. Booking was straightforward too, which I always appreciate because I hate when that part turns into a whole project. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it were just a bit less expensive, but overall I’m glad we went.

I had a question about my order, so I sent support an email. They didn’t reply instantly, but it was quicker than I thought it would be. Their message was clear, and from the tone it seemed like they actually wanted to help instead of just rushing through it. It did take one more back-and-forth to get everything fully sorted, but overall I was happy with how they handled it...
